...and he attributes my dizziness to the insomnia I have been suffering. I will be taking a prescribed sleeping medication to help with this, so hopefully the dizziness will cease. Viola!

A little Bit about Karrie

- I love to run, which is what this whole bloggin experience is all about. I want to keep track of how I am doing, what I need to be doing, and what I have learned. Hopefully, this blog will help keep me on track. I've been running since May 2007. Completed numerous 5Ks, a couple half marathons, and a full marathon in Rome, Italy-04:07:48-not bad for a first timer (see image below). I plan on running the Air Force Marathon in Ohio on Sept 30, 2008-hoping to get under 4 hours. Also: There are my dogs, a male black lab, and a female chocolate lab. Traveling is a passion; been livin in Italy for a while now. About to move back to the states. The only thing really exciting about that is the exchange rate. I'm back in the states now, it's still the same old same old, just cold up here in North Dakota
