Run: Not a run, just an hour long bike ride at moderate intensity
Today was an hour long bike ride, with random intensity bursts throughout. According to webmd.com the less impact excersices i do, the better it is for my knees. So, that's what I did today. I also did quadracep exercises yesterday. Hopefully, I am doing more helping than hurting. I guess we'll see.
